At Mylaporekitchens.in, we’re excited to offer pre-ordered wet batters for dosai and adai varietues, available for pickup at our Adyar store over the weekend. Our batters are made fresh, without bulk production or preservatives, ensuring a nutritious and wholesome breakfast experience that makes tiffin easy. Stock up for the week with our thick, rich batters - unlike commercial ones, ours are made with care and without watered-down ingredients.

Ingredients - raw rice, kerala matta rice, fenugreek seeds. 

Do not ferment this batter. Mix in grated coconut or fresh moringa leaves to the batter for added flavour. You can also add finely chopped onions or spinach. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add ripe jack fruit pieces too - finely chopped.
