Vathakuzhambu Paste - 200 gms - no garlic

 Hot rice, a dollop of our vathakuzhambu paste, sesame oil or some ghee drizzled on top and some of our crunchy vadams to norikkify into the rice ! Imagine that ! 

How to use - Open the package, take a dollop of the paste and enjoy, or mix with rice and have :) 

Ingredients - Tamarind, channa dal, urad dal, fenugreek, red chillies, black pepper, jeera, dhania, turmeric powder, asafoetida, chundakkai, manathakkali, curry leaves, salt, gingelley oil, jaggery. 

Shelf life - 1-2 months in fridge
