Who doesn't love a good Paneer Tikka?
Now easy to make with our homemade, super aromatic Tikka masala.
Recipe for Paneer Tikka -
Slice panner, onions, tomatoes and capsicum. For the marinade, mix together hung curd, ginger garlic paste, our tikka masala and some black salt or regular salt. Add some lemon juice and a bit of oil to the marinade mix.
Add the paneer and chopped veggies to the marinade mix, cover and keep in fridge for at least a couple of hours.
Remove, add them to a skewer and add some oil on top. You can cook these on a heated tawa or oven. I don't use ovens much, so no idea about the settings you'll need. And I don't have an air fryer, so no clue if this can be done on that !
Ingredients in the masala - kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, fennel seeds powder, garlic powder , kasoori methi.
Shelf life - upto 6 months in fridge.
