Tawa masala - 100 gms
Make delicious tawa paneer, tawa pulav or tawa veggies in a jiffy with our home made tawa masala.
Tawa paneer recipe - heat tawa. Add butter(or oil / ghee if you prefer). Add jeera, finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste. Let it all cook on a high flame. You can use tawa or Kadai. Doesn’t matter. Once browned, add red chilli powder and tawa masala. Cook for a few seconds on low heat. Increased heat and add tomato purée. Add salt. Cook until oil separates. Add sautéed capsicums, paneer. Cook until done. Add a little bit of tawa masala and crushed kasuri methi ( also available with us). Serve with rotis, rice. Enjoy!
You can use any veggies here. You can also make tawa rice using this masala. Don’t skimp on the butter, would be my tip. Fat isn’t always bad.
Ingredients - Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala.
Shelf life - upto 6 months in fridge.
