What is the difference between Sathamudhu and our other rasam podi? the proportion and the coarseness of the masala, mainly. This recipe is from my friend's mom. It will be medium spicy, so please add red chilli powder if you prefer it spicier. In Iyengar rasam, usually, the proportion of dal is higher.
