Sambar vadagam - 200 gms

An easy and healthy option to have handy on those days that you don't have fresh veggies. This is to be fried and can be added to sambar, kuhambu, koottu. 

Ingredients - urad dal, ash gourd pulp, salt, asafoetida, red chillies.
