This is our Ragi / finger millet murukku mix pack that you can use to make delicious, crispy murukku anytime you feel like it, at the convenience of your home!
How to use :
For 1 cup of murukku, mix, add water little by little to make a tight dough. Add a spoon of ghee to the dough. You can also add a spoon of hot oil instead of ghee. Transfer the dough to the murukku achu and proceed to fry.
Once fried, remove and drain excess oil. Store in an air tight container to retain crispiness. Make sure you don't close the lid while the murukku is still hot, it will lose crispiness.
No need to add salt.

Ragi flour, Rice flour, Urad dal flour, Black sesame seeds, asafoetida, salt.
