Pure Gulkhand - 200 gms (no white sugar)

Our Gulkhand has pure rose petals combined with rock sugar and mountain honey, slowly sun cooked for more than one month. Ayurveda recommends Gulkhand with rock sugar. Using white sugar, according to me, would be counter productive. All that health benefits of rose and honey, and then what's the point of adding white sugar into that? We also have added a small amount of saunf and elaichi to our gulkhand, to elevate the flavours.

Use this in milk, in sweets or have a spoon of gulkhand just as it is everyday! The medicinal benefits are multifold.

Ingredients - Rose petals, mountain honey and rock sugar. Our Gulkhand has NO WHITE SUGAR.
