Puliyogare mix - 200 gms

Ingredients - sesame oil, coriander seeds, cumin, urad dal, channa dal, black pepper, kopra, tamarind, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, salt

How to use - Cook rice, and cool so that it does not become mushy. Heat a pan, add puliyogare paste and powder ( no specific proportion - by eye and taste and the quantity of rice ), add cooked rice, add sesame oil if needed and mix well. Saute for a few minutes and serve hot with some of our crunchy vadams and karuvadams ! 

How to store - Open and transfer to an airtight, dry glass jar and store in fridge as soon as you receive.
