Ingredients - sesame oil, coriander seeds, cumin, urad dal, channa dal, black pepper, kopra, tamarind, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, salt
For Rice Mix (Pulikachal / Kulambu Rice): Mix 2–3 tbsp directly with hot cooked rice and a generous drizzle of sesame oil (gingelly oil).
For Curry / Base: Dilute 2 tbsp paste with warm water, add cooked vegetables or fried vatals (sundakkai/manathakkali), simmer for 3–5 minutes, and serve hot.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening. Use a dry spoon.
