Organic Green Tea- 50gms

1. Boil water in a tea pot or pan.
2. Once it starts boiling switch off and add the tea powder.
3. Allow it to get soaked for 3-4 mins. By now the color would be greenish brown.
4. Now strain the tea powder and add sugar/ honey.

Boiling water can bruise green tea leaves and make the tea taste bitter. Using water at a lower temperature can help preserve the tea's amino acids and enhance its flavor.
