Multi Millet Noodles - 200 gms
Ingredients - multi millet flour, whole wheat flour, salt, water, cluster bean powder. Millets used - kodo millet, foxtail millet, barnyard millet, little millet, ragi.
Masala ingredients - black pepper, white pepper, amchur powder, saly, red chilli powder, dry ginger powder, marathi moggu, onion powder, garlic powder.
How to make millet noodles -
Boil water in a big vessel. Immerse the noodles for a few minutes, drain, rinse in cold water, add a couple of spoons of oil, toss well and set aside.
Saute veggies of your taste. Add noodles masala. Add noddles. Add salt to taste. Mix all well. Garnish with spring onions and serve ! I do like to add some peanut butter and crushed peanuts to noodles. That's optional. You could also add some toasted sesame seeds as garnish.
Shelf life - 2-3 months in fridge.
