Our delicious multi millet pasta comes with a small satches of taste maker, giving your pasta that Indian touch we all love. You can also use our Italian seasoning instead of the masala in the package for more authentic, Italian flavours.
Ingredients - multi millets, whole wheat flour, salt and water.
How to cook this pasta - this pasta cooks faster than your wheat or maida pastas. Boil water with a little salt added. Once water starts boiling, add the pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes. Check and drain into a colander. Immediately run cold water over the drained pasta to prevent over cooking and sticking. You can also add a small tsp of oil and toss it after cooking to keep it separate. That's optional.
Store in freezer.
