Ingredients - Jowar, Oats, Barley, Ragi, flax seeds , green whole moong and whole wheat.
Making these rotis needs a bit of TLC.
Ratio of flour to water is 1:1. Boil water in a pan. When it comes to a rolling boil, add salt, 1 spoon of oil and the multi grain flour.
Remove from the stove, mix well, cover with a lid and leave it to rest for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, move the dough to a flat surface and start binding it to make a uniform ball. Cover with wet cloth. Take the required quantity and make a roti, while keeping the rest of the dough covered, otherwise it will dry out and rotis will crack.
