Multi Millet Dosai Pre Mix - 250 gms

Ingredients - Varagu (proso millet), Samai (little millet) , Thinai (foxtail millet ), Kuthiravali ( barnyard millet )ragi, brown rice, black urad dal, bengal gram, fenugreek.

Salt not added. To add to taste. 

How to use -

Add salt to taste. The mix does not contain salt. 

Mix salt and water to make it into dosa batter consistency and proceed to make. Optionally, you can add finely chopped onions, veggies for added nutrition and flavour. You can also add some curd, but I think the curd reduces crispiness and gives a softer end result.
