Magic Masala - 100 gms

Magic masala. This is a potent one. Warning - don’t use too much because the flavour is super strong. You really have to try one of our home made masalas to see the diff in potency and flavour as compared to a store bought one that’s been sitting on the shelves for heaven knows how long!

Use - you can use this one in any subji, dry or gravy. Very strong - so use sparingly. You can just use this one masala for flavouring. Wont need anything else 

Ingredients - Onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, corn flour, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, amchur, cloves, sugar, turmeric, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, dhania, cinnamon, dry red chillies, saunf, jeera, methi.
