Kollu Rasam Podi - 100 gms

Ingredients - kollu ( horse gram), tuvar dal, channa dal, coriander seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, fenugreek, black pepper, jeera

To use - same method as regular rasam. Adding dal optional, as kollu thickens the rasam. Use 1 spoon for a small gooseberry sized tamarind - serves 4.
