This one has a slight sweetness with the addition of kopra and a reddish colour from the addition of bydagi chillies
How to use - Cook rice and cool. Grains must be separate. Heat kadai. Add sesame oil, add rice, add podi ( no specific proportion - as much as you need to get the colour right), add salt and cook on a low flame for a few minutes until the raw smell goes. Serve hot with some crunchy karuvadams! An easy lunch box addition!
