Product Description: Khandaari Mor Moligai are small, fiery Khandaari chili peppers that undergo a traditional preservation process. They are soaked in buttermilk and salt, allowing them to ferment and then are sun-dried. This method mellows some of the intense heat while imparting a tangy, salty, and deeply flavorful taste. The drying process gives them a wrinkled appearance and a concentrated punch.
