Kalyana Rasam Podi - 100 gms

Ingredients-Tuvar dal,, channa dal, fenugreek, coriander seeds, red chillies, black pepper, jeera, curry leaves.

To use - approx 1 heaped tbsp for small sized gooseberry. Serves 3-4. Methdd - same as regular rasam. Add red chilli powder for extra heat  

Shelf life - 3-4 months in fridge
