Kalyana Rasam Podi - 100 gms

Ingredients-Dried Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds, Pigeon Peas, Black Peppercorn, Cumin Seeds, Bengal Gram Dal, Fenugreek Seeds, Turmeric Powder.

To use - approx 1 heaped tbsp for small sized gooseberry. Serves 3-4. Methdd - same as regular rasam. Add red chilli powder for extra heat  

Shelf life - 6 months in fridge
