Instant Jal Jeera Mix - 100 gms

Ingredients - Jeera, black pepper corns, cloves, pomegranate, dry ginger powder, asafoetida, amchur, black salt, salt, mint powder. 

How to use - For one big glass to jal jeera soda, add 1 tsp of @mylaporekitchens jal jeera mix, juice from 1 fresh lemon, sugar or simple syrup and mix these well. Add ice cubes and chilled soda or coke to serve ! The best drink for a hot summer day ! 

Simple syrup - 1 part water : 2 parts sugar, boil gently until the sugar melts. You can store this in fridge and use it in your juices / drinks.
