How to use - I would recommed 4 heaped spoons of podi for 1-2 people. Mix 4 spoons of podi to 2-3 cups of water. Let it boil gently. You can also give a quick roast of the podi in sesame oil (take care not to burn the podi), for some extra flavour. Tempering is already added. You can saute vathals and add or you can add fresh veggies. If you are adding vathals, or small onions or bhindi, saute and then add. If its veggies like pumpkin, muringai, carrot, bettroot, chow chow etc, pressure cook with some turmeric powder and water and then add. Let it all boil together and thicken. Switch off when it comes to the desired consistency ( adjust with water as needed) and serve with hot rice and ghee.
