Instant Semiya Payasam Mix - 150 gms

Ingredients - Milk solids (for smooth texture), powdered sugar, roasted semiya, powdered makhana (for thickening), Kashmiri saffron, cardamom

How to make -

In a wide bottomed, thick vessel, boil 1 litre of milk. Once the milk boils and reduces to 2/3, add the instant Semiya payasam mix ( about 10 heaped tbsp for 1 litre of milk - about 2 heaped spoons for 1 cup of milk )

Payasam will thicken a bit more after cooling. Adding too much of the powder will make it too thick, because of the makhana powder.
