Instant Sambar - 200 gms

Ingredients - Toor dal, red chillies, dhania, fenugreek, black pepper, jeera, curry leaves, roasted gram dal, asafoetida, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, jaggery. 

How to use - Saute vegetables. add Instant sambar powder. about 4 to 5 tbsp to serve 4. add water. add salt. Let it boil until it starts to thicken. Add extra tadka (optional). Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Easy peasy for anyone! 

Shelf life- 3-4 months in fridge
