Instant Rava Pongal Mix - 250 gms

Ingredients - Rava (sooji), moong dal, Black pepper corn, Jeera, Asafoetida, Salt

How to use :

For 1 cup Instant Rava Pongal mix, add 4 cups of water to a kadai. 

Heat kadai. Add a bit of oil or ghee, add sliced ginger and some chopped green chillies. Add asafoetida. Add the 4 cups of water. Add a little salt. When water boils well, add the mix and cook on medium heat while stirring continuously to prevent lumping. Once cooked, switch off, cover and leave it for 5 minutes.  Tops with some ghee if needed. Serve hot. 

1 cup serves 2. 

Store in fridge or freezer.
