Instant Rava Kesari Mix - with Saffron - 100 gms

Ingredients - Rava (sooji), sugar, raisins, cashews, cardamom powder, pure saffron strands , ghee. This does not contain any artificial colour or flavour. The yellow colour is purely from the saffron. 

Storage - Store in freezer. It can get lumpy, just use a fork to break the lumps before use. 

How to make - For 1 cup of kesari mix, boil 2 cups of water in a kadai. Once the water boils really well, add the mix slowly, without lumps and continue stirring. Once it is done, switch off, cover and leave it covered for 5-10 minutes. It is ready to serve ! 

Serving size - 1 cup of mix serves 3 -4 people.
