Instant Rasam Podi - 150 gms

Easy to use Instant Rasam powder - use 3 tbsp of the powder to serve 4 people. Approx 1 tbsp per cup of water, adjust to taste and consistency preferred. 

Method - Add required quanity to podi to water. Suggested ratio is 1 heaped tsp to 2 cups of water. Adjust to taste. Add salt. Add a bit of jaggery. Add chopped fresh tomatoes and slit green chillies. Boil for a few minutes until cooked. No need to add tamarind, dal or tadka. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with rice and ghee.
