Instant Ven Pongal Mix - 250 gms

Instant Pongal mix  - 1 cup will serve 3-4 people 

Ingredients - Pre washed raw rice, moong dal, black pepper, jeera, green chillies, ginger, cashews. Salt not added.

How to use : 1 cup pongal mix with 3.5 cups of water, add salt -  to be pressure cooked - 3 whistles. Fry cashews and some curry leaves to garnish. 

Shelf life - 3-4 months in fridge
