Instant Multi Millet Pongal mix - 250 gms

Ingredients : Kodo millet, barn yard millet, little millet, fox tail millet, proso millet, brown rice, red rice, moong dal, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, curry leaves, cashews. 

How to use :

For 1 cup of multi millet pongal mix, add 4-5 cups of water and required salt. Pressure cook 4 to 5 whistles. Open once cool. Temper with ghee, green chillies, grated ginger and roasted cashews. 

Serve with coconut chutney and sambar !
