Ingredients - toor dal, kopra, rice flour, hing, salt, jeera, green chilly, red chillies, musrard seeds, curry leaves
Method - Cook or saute veggies and keep aside. Add 3-4 tbsp of @mylaporekitchens Instant Mor Kuzhambu podi to about 1.5 cups of water and mix well. Add this to cooked / sauteed veggies and boil till it starts thickening. .add requisite salt and a small bit of jaggery. Switch off. Add thick, beaten sour curd without lumps. I personally do not boil after adding curd. The heat in the mixture is sufficient. Adjust quantity by adding more or less curd as you require.
Serve with a lovely beans paruppu usili, hot rice and some fried papads ! Ginger pickle or maavadu pairs best with mor kuzhambu.
Trust me, this is better than the regular mor kuzhambu.
