Instant Kurma Mix - 100 Gms

Instant Kurma mix - now making delicious kurma is so so easy. Saute onions, tomatoes. Add boiled mixed veggies. add kurma mix (4 tbsp to serve 4-5 people), add water. add salt. cook until it combines well. you can top this with coconut milk or plain milk. garnish with chopped coriander. 

Serve with dosa, idiyappam, roti, aappam. 

Ingredients - kopra, red chillies, roasted gram dhal, cashew nuts, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, star anise, oil
