Method :
Cut veggies of your choice. Here we have used chow chow, carrots, beans. Add veggies and koottu powder to pressure cooker. About 2-3 spoons of powder to serve 4 people. This has everything. So no roasting. No grinding.
Switch off cooker. Open. Add salt. Add a small piece of jaggery if needed. Add cooked dal. You can use toor dal or moong dal. Let it all boil together for a minute or so. Temper with coconut oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies, jeera, curry leaves, hing. Garnish with chopped corainder leaves. Serve hot!
Adjust quantity of powder according to the quantity of vegetables. We recommed about 1 tbsp for 2 cups of chopped veggies.
