Instant Garlic Rasam - 150 gms

Ingredients - Toor dal, dhania, red chillies, curry leaves, garlic, black pepper, jeera, mustard seeds, asafoetida

Method - Add required quanity to podi to water. Add salt. Add a bit of jaggery. Add chopped fresh tomatoes and slit green chillies. Boil for a few minutes until cooked. No need to add tamarind, dal or tadka. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with rice and ghee.
