Instant Arisi Upma Mix

Ingredients - raw rice, toor dal, jeera, black pepper, red chillies, ghee, dessicated coconut, curry leaves, asafoetida, salt, mustard seeds, urad dal. 

How to use - For 1 cup of arisi upma mix, heat up 2.5 cups of water and add the upma mix slowly to the boiling water. Stir and cook until done. Lower the heat, cover and keep for 5 minutes. Open, add a spoon of ghee (optional), and serve with fresh coconut chutney. Enjoy !
