At Mylaporekitchens.in, we’re excited to offer pre-ordered wet batters for dosai and adai varietues, available for pickup at our Adyar store over the weekend. Our batters are made fresh, without bulk production or preservatives, ensuring a nutritious and wholesome breakfast experience that makes tiffin easy. Stock up for the week with our thick, rich batters - unlike commercial ones, ours are made with care and without watered-down ingredients.

Ingredients - urad dal, par boiled rice, fenugreek seeds, salt, packaged mineral water. 

Adjust salt to taste, batter will not be fermented.
