Ingredients-Tuvar dal, Dhania, Black pepper, Red chillies, Jeera, Dried powdered gooseberry and curry leaves. Use 1 tbsp to serve 4.
Method - Add tomatoes, green chillies to required quantity of water. Add gooseberry rasam podi. Cook for a few minutes on low heat. No tamarind needed for this rasam. Add diluted dal water and do tadka. Garnish with chopped corainder. You can add a bit of jaggery.
