Gobi 65 marination mix - 150 gms

Easy Gobi and Paneer 65, now with our marination mix. Medium spicy. 

Ingredients - Refined flour, rice flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. 

How to use - Chop cauliflower or panner. Add the pre made mix. Make sure the pieces are coated well. No need to add salt. Add enough curd to bind. Let it marinate in fridge for at least an hour. Take it out, give it a quick mix and deep fry. This mix will also work in air fryer. Can also shallow fry or tawa fry if you are on a diet ! Th temperature of the oil is also key, if it is too low, it will be soggy. 

No artifical colours here ! No preservatives either.
