Delicious and healthy flax seeds idli podi. Contains Garlic. 

How to use - mix with sesame oil or ghee and have a side for idli, dosai or adai. Use to make podi idli. Use as a flavour addition for stir fries .

Ingredients - flax seeds, white urad dal, channa dal, red chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida, garlic cloves with skin (you'll see the fibres in the podi), salt, oil for roasting.
