Digestive Mix / Podi for Rice - 130 gms - Vegan

A medicinal, digestive powder , to be mixed with rice. Aids in digestion. Tastes slightly bitter. Mix a spoon of the powder with a ladle of hot rice, and add some ghee or sesame oil and have it whenever you feel heaviness or bloating. 

Ingredients - Jeera, Saunf, Ajwain, Cardamom, Black pepper corns, Long pepper - thippili, dry ginger powder, curry leaves, himalayan pink salt, asafoetida.
