Dates thokku - contains garlic - 200 gms

Lip smackingly delicious dates thokku / pickle. A tasty concoction of chopped dates, garlic, ginger and green chillies, slow cooked in sesame oil, along with a medley of home ground spices.

Ingredients - Dates, tamarind, green chillies, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, red chilli powder, fenugreek powder ,mustard seeds powder, asafoetida and salt. 

Pair it with curd rice, parathas, upma, roti, dosa, aappam, idli! I even mixed it with plain rice, tasted delicious ! 

Please note that colour of the pickle can vary from batch to batch depending on the dates we get.
