Chukku Rasam - 100 gms

Ingredients- Dried Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds, Pigeon Peas, Black Peppercorn, Cumin Seeds, Dehydrated Dry Ginger Powder, Curry Leaves. To use - approx 1 tbsp for small gooseberry sized tamarind. Method - prepare just like regular rasam. You can add fresh ginger slices for an extra flavour. Serves 3-4.
