Butterfly pea flower tea - a caffeine free, anti oxidant rich drink. 

How to make - add a spoon of our butterfly pea flowers to a cup. add boiling water. Wait for 3-4 minutes. Let it seep. Strain and drink. You can add lemon juice if you like. Will add flavour and colour will change. Adding honey is also optional.
