Ingredients :Black kavuni rice, black urad dal,
Barely, almonds , ragi, green moong, cardamom.
How to use - to serve 1 - Mix a heaped tbsp of black rice porridge mix with 1.5 cups of water and cook on low heat until it thickens. You can add a pinch of salt, which is optional. Once it starts to bubble and thicken, add boiled milk and cook until it boils well. Serve hot.
Or you can skip the salt and add sugar for a sweet version. Instead of milk, butter milk can also be added, along with salt.
Transfer to a glass container, store in fridge and use a dry spoon. Store in freezer for longer shelf life.
