Bharwan Masala - 120 gms

Bharwan bhindi, Bharwan baingan, bharwan anything - now made easy with our home made bharwan masala mix.

Method - slit the vegetable. Take the masala in a bowl, add a little oil as a binder and proceed to stuff the vegetable. Heat tawa, add oil and saute. Add salt. 

Ingredients - coriander seeds, saunf, onion seeds, methi, jeera, hing, amchur
