Ingredients :

Licorice, Coriander seeds, Tuvar dal, Red chillies, Black Pepper Corns, Jeera. 

Usage - use about 1 heaped tbsp for a small gooseberry sized tamarind, to make rasam, to serve 4 people. Method is same as regular rasam. 

Shelf life - upto 3 months. Store in freezer for longer duration and to retain aroma.
