Directions
- Pressure cook peeled thuvarai.
- Heat kadai, add coconut oil. Splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera, red chillies, curry leaves and hing.
- Add thuvarai. Add salt. Saute for a few minutes. Switch off.
- Add grated coconuts and crushed green chillies - maybe 2. Serve with rice.
