Ingredients

MK Rose milk powder
-
Rava / sooji
-
Powdered sugar
-
Cardamom powder
-
Ghee
-
Nuts - cashews or nuts of your choice /mixed nuts are also ok
Directions
Roast 1 cup rava until you get the aroma. Do not brown the rawa.
Roast some cashews ( you can use mixed nuts as well) in ghee and set aside.
In a mixer jar, add 1 cup lightly roasted rava and 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
Add 4-5 tbsp of @mylaporekitchens rose milk powder.
Add a pinch of cardamom powder.
Pulse it all together until it becomes a slightly coarse mixture.
Transfer this to a bowl, add a bit of ghee, and make balls. Tasty and festive Rose Rava laddus are now ready !
Recipe Note
You can also use our ancient grains porridge mix to make laddus. You can use our kesar Badam or thandai mix instead of rose powder to flavour your rava laddus. You could use all of these and make an assorted box to gift to your friends and family this festival season
