A healthy rose and milk based burfi. Do try and let us know! You can do the same with @mylaporekitchens kesar Badam powder!
Ingredients

Rose Milk Powder - 5 tbsp

Unsweetened Milk Powder - 2 cups

Elaichi / Cardamom - 2 to 3 - powdered

Sugar - powdered - 1 cup

Milk - 1 cup

Ghee - ΒΌ cup
Directions
Heat kadai on a low flame. Add ghee. Melt.
- Add milk. Cook in low heat. Add milk powder slowly.
Add powdered sugar, Elaichi powder, Rose milk powder.
- Cook all together till it bubbles and starts to come together. Should not stick to your finger. Thatβs when you stop.
- Grease a plate and transfer. Top with chopped nuts and rose petals. Let it cool for at-least 2 hours. Cut and serve. So easy and festive!
