Tasty bitter gourd recipe that even kids will love !
Ingredients
- For 250 gms of bitter gourd, you need -

1 tsp turmeric powder
- 50 gms jaggery
-
25 gms red chilli powder
-
50 gms besan
- 25 gms rice flour
- 2 tbsp curd
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash and dry bitter gourd. Cut into rings. Add all of the above ingredients and mix well. Marinate overnight in fridge.
- Next day, just before eating,deep fry and serve.
- It will look black because of the jaggery. It’ll taste crunchy, slightly spicy and sweet. No bitterness.
- Don’t ask me the measurements in spoons. I don’t know. And Rani never actually measures. She just eyeballs it and does. That comes with experience.
