Fresh raw mango thogayal
Ingredients

Manga / Raw Mango / Semi ripe Mango ( chenacha manga)

Coconut - ¼ cup
-
Red Chillies - 10 or to taste
-
Jaggery - to taste
-
Salt
-
Coconut oil
-
Mustard seeds
-
Urad dal

Curry leaves
-
Asafoetida
Directions
Grind together - raw grated coconut (about ¼ coconut), red chillies - 10, salt, jaggery - to taste.
- Add peeled and roughly chopped mangoes. Pulse so that the mangoes are just about ground. Grinding it rough. It is good if you get bites of mango.
Tempering with coconut oil, mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves , asafoetida.

Best paired with keerai molakoottal or yellow molakoottal
